|Recommended: YesAmazing first impression — I just moved in yesterday and my experience with all of the staff has been incredible, ever since I started corresponding with Delonte. He's been so friendly, communicative, and on top of it the best leasing agent experience I've had, to-date , and each concierge has been so gracious, welcoming, and attentive. Willie is also awesome, as well He came to do our maintenance walk-through and was so kind and thorough. Arris is awesome

The office and front desk staff are amazing The maintenance team has been fantastic They raised the hood on my range as I kept hitting my head while cooking. Overall, it has been a great experience.

|Recommended: YesU — So far this place has been nice. I had a rough move in but thank goodness for Lisa, the concierge made me feel welcomed and made by move in go much easier. The other concierge with the bomb hair cut style w bang blonde is awesome and is always so positive in the morning. I feel very safe and welcomed. Staff is super helpful never hesitate to help.

|Recommended: YesFirst Impressions— Week 1 — Generally outstanding. The huge wall of boxes at the concierge desk, however, is terribly unsightly, but I gather you don’t have interior space for storing them out of sight from the lobby. Regarding construction quality, the doors are noticeably cheap and some cabinet doors and even my bedroom door are hung so that they going against either other doors or the floor when opened.
