As the first among many to prove herself as a corporate leader in property management, I am continually impressed by Ms. Kayla Johnson's vision, creativity, and unwavering commitment to excellence. |Recommended: NoUnsecured, dangerous, broken building Neighbourhood — Anyone can walk in off the street and has full unfettered access to the building, the elevators and or the gates doors are always broken in one way or another, the parking garage is entirely unsecured and unmonitored forget about the cameras they're probably fake as well as being frequently patrolled by criminals who vandalise break into rob from vehicles, the parking garage owners have done nothing about the frequent criminal activity complaints. Noise the building abounds with the sounds of inconsiderate entitled individuals who have no conception of other people and so the entire building rings out with the sounds of children beating the walls as if at play in a seriously defective elementary school where every child is given a sledgehammer and told that the most fun is when you break things . Doors slam at 3 and 4 am daily everyday and it shakes the walls and ceiling, and people pound on the walls throughout the day and sometimes well into the night. It's like living in the seriously dangerous part of Arkham asylum. Walking outside is a gamble on whether you'll be shot, stabbed, screamed at, or rarely ignored. A community where the best case scenario is being ignored by the monsters around you either those that live in the building with you or those who live beyond the porous walls thereof is hardly a community . Oh, and the windows doors leak when it rains.

|Recommended: YesI feel blessed every day. — My fiance and I have been living here for almost a year now and have renewed our lease for another year or more. There is so much natural light coming in through our windows, the location is perfect--fairly secluded and green we overlook the yards park and the river while still very close to the green line metro and tons of restaurants, shopping, dog parks, gyms and more.
Maintenance is friendly, responsive and effective. The staff are all friendly and feel like family.
I love our home here at Arris.

He's been so friendly, communicative, and on top of it the best leasing agent experience I've had, to-date , and each concierge has been so gracious, welcoming, and attentive. Willie is also awesome, as well He came to do our maintenance walk-through and was so kind and thorough. Arris is awesome
