|Recommended: YesShout out to the incredible Arris maintenance team on-site staff — I just wanted to give a special shout out to the incredible team of people that work in the building that make it such a special place for all us Arris residents including myself, my dog Bowie, and my roommate Akhila to call home From Willie, Aaron everyone on the maintenance staff always willing to go the extra mile to Miss Gwen, Terry, and the rest of the awesome front desk team always being so friendly and helpful to the cleaning crew and all who make Arris such a wonderful community to live in - thank you for your tireless efforts and commitment to making our home so welcoming. |Recommended: NoI had my motorcycle hit in the garage and asked for the footage to help identify who was responsible. The staff never got back to me about it. I had my mountain bike stolen out of the garage and the management staff was untimely in getting the information to the police when there was a detective assigned to the case and he was frequently asking for the footage. I requested the footage immediately upon realizing that the bicycle was stolen and they failed to reach out to me. It’s been 10 days and counting so the police had to rely on other sources for evidence.

|Recommended: YesEveryone from maintenance staff to leasing are incredibly professional and friendly. The maintenance staff always goes above and beyond to help. I’ve never had to wait more than a day to have any issue resolved in my unit. The portal is great for rent payment and the building is very well managed. Thank you to all the staff who work hard every day to make living here a great experience. Best, Sally

|Recommended: YesHands down the best place I have ever lived. The management team is incredible. They are always friendly, professional and follow through on their promises. From the concierge team to the maintenance staff....they are simply exceptional.
When presented with a difficult problem, they address it, communicate with you and make sure you are happy with the resolution. If you are not, they will not stop until you are.
